 ​I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) and  ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC). 
I am also a  Clinical Supervisor and Qualified Group Work Facilitator
​I offer individual CBT & Psychotherapy to adults and young people online and in person 

Group work therapy clients include Universities, Local Authorities, the Armed Forces and Charities who offer community mental health support

 I have training in 'Advanced Clinical Skills Compassion Focused Therapy' (CFT) and in
​ Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy  (MBCT) this enables me to offer a more personalised and integrative approach for clients.
I am currently completing training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

Education

I  have previously taught as a professional in Education for over 16 years. I specialised in drama, inclusion/pastoral/ADHD/ADD support and more recently as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.
I continue to accept work within the education sector as a consultant and facilitator of psychoeducation group work with teachers, pupils and parents/carers.
I facilitate Clinical  CBT groups in Universities & in the local community - online and in person. 

Business and Personal Coaching 

​ I trained as an actor and award-winning director of theatre at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I use my experience and skills in  professional performance to support  CBT & Coaching clients with performance anxiety and public speaking.

I offer Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) for clients who feel stuck and require change.

I am bound by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Teaching and Coaching.
