CBT & EMDR sessions
I deliver Therapy online, by telephone and in person.
Your first therapy session will include an assessment and discussion about the number of sessions you may require.
Therapy Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Sessions will be booked in advance and will usually commence on the same day and at the same time each week
EMDR therapy can be more effective during longer sessions. This can be discussed at the assessment stage.

FEES
Individual CBT/EMDR is £90 per 50 minute session
Supervision £60 per hour
